Why Best 3 Wheel Pushchair Might Be Your Next Big Obsession

Best 3 Wheel Pushchairs

All-terrain pushchair that provides lightweight durability and excellent maneuverability. The compact fold using one hand makes it easy to transport. It can also stand on its own when folded. The cushioned seat reclines to a nearly flat position, and there's a huge storage bin and canopy. Baby-friendly? Yes, with an additional carrycot.

Air-filled tyres and good suspension can handle rough terrain. You can also use it for jogging. However, you must wait until your baby is at minimum 6 or 9 months old.

Ickle Bubba Air

This lightweight pushchair by Ickle Bubba has a lot of features that parents will love. It comes as an entire travel system that includes a lie-flat carrycot suitable for infants, a movable forward and rear facing pushchair as well as a choice of a group 0+ car seat, so you can have everything you need in one package.

The XL Air is a very impressive buggy. It's easy to see why it's earned such high marks from its customers. It is extremely light - the wheels and chassis weigh just 6.5kg. It's also very simple to put together. In fact I was able complete the entire setup and running in less than five minutes, which is amazing given that it included attaching the fabric for the carrycot!

The seat is spacious and comfortable for Annie who is just 12 months old. The recline lever was easy to operate. There's plenty of room in the basket and I am awestruck by the fact that it comes with an open-top pocket on the handle bar so you can keep your keys and phone secure!

The handlebar is low, which can be an issue for parents who are taller. It's covered with a soft, comfy leather-like material that is easy to clean.

Hauck Pushchair Runner

The Runner is a great choice for parents who love to explore and are always on the move. The large pneumatic wheels are able to be utilized on field and forest trails. The front wheel is lockable and swivels for added flexibility. The stroller also features 5-point safety harness with a front bar that keeps your child safe during every trip. The parking brake will keep the stroller on its feet while you rest. The seat can be repositioned to lay down and the canopy can be opened to allow maximum air circulation on hot days. The handle can be adjusted by more than 30cm, to fit mum or dad.

The Runner will accompany you on your next adventure whether it's a leisurely jog, a longer hike or a long distance trek. It has a fully-flat lay-flat seat that has suspension air wheels for an easy ride. The front wheel can be locked to provide greater stability when walking on narrow streets or busy sidewalks. The stroller can also be folded in order to fit into car boot spaces and storage spaces.

The Runner 2 is a bit more difficult to maneuver for some parents than its predecessor. Additionally, the locking system (requiring two buttons either on either side of the handlebar) isn't as user-friendly. The handlebars are a bit higher than those of some competitors, and therefore may not be suitable for taller parents. However the stroller is durable and versatile, and is worth considering for families with active children.

Red Kite Push Me pacing

The Pace is a different great product from Red Kite, an affordable British brand that is known for its well-designed and no-fuss parenting essentials. It's the newest and most expensive product in their bargain-priced lightweight stroller collection. It's also as with the Ickle Bubba Aurora and Yoyo, is car seat adaptable so you can use it from the beginning (the carrycot folds away).

The new Pace comes with some amazing design features such as rose-gold hues on the chassis, hood, and stroller trims, which really make it stand out. The grey, tan and cream fabrics in the stroller and the car seat are super elegant and there is an option to add the handle for the cover and bumper bar as well.

The stroller seat can be used from birth to a maximum weight of 22kg. It converts easily into a reversible 2-in-1 position, either facing the parent or world-facing. The stroller seat has multi lie back positions, comfortable padded leg rests and has an extendable sun canopy with hidden zip sections, a transparent flaps, and an retractable sun visor.

When folded, the Pace measures 56 x 43cm x 32cm, which allows it to be used as hand luggage on Easyjet and Ryanair. Two buttons on either side are easy to use and click to lock it in place.

Bugaboo Fox 5

Created to be the ultimate all-terrain pushchair Bugaboo's newest Fox 5 promises to do everything. Its unique chassis comes with a shorter wheel width, making it more manoeuvrable than its predecessor. I tried it out with my two kids - an eight-week-old and a toddler - on rough pavements along with grassy wooded trails and even cobblestones.

The puncture-proof wheels are huge with a diameter of 22cm and 30cm so they can cope with lots of different terrains. They also have a handy flap that can open or closes to let more air to circulate when you require it, which is a nice touch. It's slightly larger than some pushchairs but doesn't feel heavy or bulky when you're pushing it across bumpy surfaces.

The fabric of the seat is machine washable, and the frame and faux leather grips are simple to wipe down. It's also quieter than some pushchairs, and I felt safe using it on busy city streets. It has integrated accessory points that allow you to attach footmuffs and parasols along with changing bags, snack trays, and even snack tray. The hood can be used to block out rain and wind, but it's not waterproof.  pushchair 3 wheels  can be fitted with the Comfort Wheeled board (not included), which gives your child more leg room. It took around 20 minutes to set up the bassinet, and the same amount of time to transform it into the seat.

The Ridge's reversible seat lets you to decide whether your child will face the world in front of them or you and its simple foot brake system is easy for new parents. The reversible handlebar on the back is a great feature that allows you to adjust it to your height. The Ridge's fold, in contrast to many jogging strollers is reliable and self-standing when folded.

iCandy's latest pushchair is truly revolutionary and has a lot of features that are going to wow parents. It has a Multi-Mode Wheelbase and a revolutionary LED Visibility Hub Light that is an innovation for the industry.
